WPC 2026 KENYA a Destination and Venue Check-in
We are delighted to report that preparations for WPC 2026 Kenya reached another important milestone recently as members of the planning committee met in the congress venue, Sawela Lodges in Naivasha, to undertake a comprehensive site visit.
In attendance were the local organizing committee, President of the WPC Inc. Peter VanderZaag and Executive Director Ellen Kouwenberg as well as the official congress PCO – Keynote PCO. The visit focused on key operational details, including the attendee experience from arrival in Nairobi International Airport, to reviewing the full congress program, visiting all official congress hotels and reviewing in detail the technical tour program across locations in both Nairobi and Nakuru.
The committee was focused on delegate experience across all aspects of the event, from registration and session delivery to networking opportunities and attendee comfort, and ensuring these meet the high standards expected by our delegates.

The committee left the visit confident that plans are progressing well and excited for the welcome that Naivasha and Kenya has in store for all delegates who will attend WPC 2026 Kenya!

Please be aware of unauthorized agencies acting as agents for WPC 2026. Keynote PCO is the official professional conference organizer for this event. Only consult our official website to obtain information about the congress in Kenya.
Please note: The WPC Inc. and the Kenya WPC 2026 Local Committee are fielding inquiries regarding the current Ebola outbreak in the Republic of Congo. Africa is a large continent made up of many countries and historically, no Ebola cases have ever been found in the country of Kenya. Given the nature of this disease’s transmission, we are currently not concerned that it will affect the 2026 Congress.
The health, safety and wellbeing of all participants remain our highest priority, and we will continue to monitor developments closely and provide updates should any official travel or health guidance change.
